The SZSC wires are specially designed for the arc-sprayed metal contact layer of metalized film capacitor, and have patented composition (ZL02111554.0) of tin-zinc alloy with other trifle metals. Compared with traditional lead-containing alloys and tin-zinc alloys, such patented compositions provide the following distinct advantages as:
1) Compliant with EU RoHS and WEEE directives on lead-free electronic products
2) Adapts to current process of manufacturing lead-containing capacitors
3) Provide capacitors more stable electrical performance
4) Better contact and stronger bonding of metal contact layer with other metal parts,
like metal layer of film and/or lead wire
