Shut-off baffle flap is in solid welded structure punched by steel plates and consists of six components, such as external framework, baffle vane, sealing sheet, bearing, bearing seal and baffle linking part.
The vane is made of 16 Mn solid wear-resistant steel assembled by punching. The lozenge vane and transmission axis are firmly linked with bolt or conic pin. Both the framework and baffle vane have sufficient strength and rigidity. Stainless elastic sealing sheet with a thickness of 0.6-1mm is embedded in the surroundings and in between each baffle inside the frame that is sealed by the air pressure difference between the two sides of flap. The front bearing of the baffle is a non-lubricated and high-temperature resistant hub-adjusting bear. All baffle axes are extended outside the frame and connected with linking part. One of the driving axes links the driving unit and sets it in full-open and full-close rotation up to 90 degree. The flap and the pipe can be connected with counter-flange bolt or seal welded after the pipe is inserted into the flap.
