Features:
RTV-2 manual molding silicone rubber (silicon) is a flowable liquid with consistent
quality in whatever color. Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing
agent. Prepare the original mold or product to copy, add 2% - 3% curing agent to
certain amount of silicon, and mix them evenly and they are ready for use. In 2
- 3 hours, a pair of silicone mold can be obtained with temperature and deformation
resistance as well as low contraction ratio. The product is intended principally
for manual molding and small quantity product duplication.
Applications: 418# white: manufacturing of manual mold, PVC plastic shoe mold, concrete
mold, low melting point alloy mold
