Procedures
1. Buyer submits loi or icpo with full banking and permission for a soft probe or bcl
2. Seller forwards a draft contract. Upon successful negotiation, buyer shall provide a BCL
3. The buyer and seller sign the contract
4. Within five (5) banking days of receipt of signed hard copy of the contract, the buyer instructs his bank to issue a operative, irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, or non-transferable divisible documentary letter of credit
5. The seller shall open, within ten (10) banking days a 2 % performance bond as well as the relevant pop which is sent to buyer and the buyers bank by swift
6. Shipment begins as per the shipping schedule agreed to between the buyer and the seller in the sales purchase contract.
