Mainly used as brightener of polyamide, cellulose fiber and polyamide/cellulose blends
Process:
A. Exhausting process:
1. CPN 0.4-0.5% (O.W.F.)
2. Liquor ration: 1:5-20
3. pH: approx. 5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
4. Treating temperature: 70-110
0C
5. Polyamide 66
6. Treating time: 30min
B. Continuous process:
1. Thermos process: padding (CPN 5.0-40g/L) - drying - thermos fixing (190
0C, 20s for polyamide 6 or 200
0C, 20s for polyamide 66)
2. Pad-steam process: (CPN 1.0-40g/L) - 3~5min treating saturated steam (102) - rinsing
