Function & Assemble Parts:
1. It can produce air-laid paper, and three pieces style napkin pad.
(As per request, it can be added to produce cotton core napkin pad.)
2. Products are vertically pressed and cut on main machine. Small package-
style: products are stuck with outer package film after becoming
horizontal and packed into square type after side sealing and cutting.
3. Packaging is advanced in designing, complying with high-speed production
and improving packing grade.
4. Small package is vertically arranged and output, which facilitates
medium package.
Structure & Character:
1. Gas for products rotation will be opened-closed completely and
immediately, After making the products in right position, they can
be put enter into P.E bags accurately. The packing of products is
neat and in order.
2. Driving system consists of gearwheel device, universal couplings and
arc-gear synchronous belt. Driving components are installed on the
bottom-board of the machine, it can reduce the mechanical consumption
and avoid vibration.
3. The main press-cut rollers adopt universal shaft driving. It can
guarantee the knives' service time.
4. The bearings, synchronous belts and electrical components are famous
brands in China.
