CBH - Vital Wheat Gluten(VWG) is a natural protein derived from wheat or wheat flour
with the starch removed. It consisted of many of amino acids, and is a kind
of vegetable protein resource with rich nutrition. VWG is an unusual protein that
possesses a special visco-elastic property. As a functional protein, it contributes
to the rheological features of dough.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated area. to be away from heavy aromatic materials.
Shelf Life: One year in dry conditions after production.
