This production line is made up of PP-R inner layer molding unit, aluminum foil molding, glue coating unit and our PP-R extrusion molding unit. The inner layer of pipe product is the common pipe extruded, after it is coated with aluminum foil, then coated by a PP-R out layer, the foil layer is sticking on plastic layer with hot-melt glue. The production line can be suitable for pipes from 20 - 110mm.
