This is a line with U-conveyor which is an independent conveyor to turn the lineby
180 degrees. The conveyor is driven by a variable speed geared drive having
0.75kW motor. The conveyor has food grade endless belt. The transfer of the wafer
books was very smooth. We specialize in manufacturing comprehensive sets of multifunctional
wafer production lines. Both flat wafer lines and special-shaped lines
are available, and the whole wafer production line can be
with gas heating oven or electric oven. The total line comprises batter mixer, wafer
baking oven, wafer sheet cooling machine, cream spreading machine, wafer cooling
tunnel, cutting machine, cream mixer, smashing machine and
relevant electric control system and work station.
The mould design can be supplied according to customer's requirement, and the number
of the baking plate also is in accordance with customer's requirement of output.
The whole lines won't take up much room and can be easily operated by only a
few people and the specification meets international standards.
