The equipment uses the sodium ion exchange to carry on softening processing. The sodium ion softening is that the composition water quality degree of hard ingredients, calcium ion and magnesium ion, carries on the exchange with the sodium ion in ion-exchanger. In the water, the calcium ion and magnesium ion is substituted by the sodium ion, thus obtains the effect which the water quality is softened. After softening process, sodium ion softened water's total hardness may be smaller than 50ppm. The shell material has carbon steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic, stainless steel and others. When with stainless steel or carbon steel, the interior must line with rubber processing, preventing to canker shell material. The softening capacity is between 0.1cbm/h to 100cbm/h.
